hi does anyone know of any d i y ways to stop my rear arches rubbing on the outer edges of my tyres? can i just cut off or bend the arch lip? or will this just ruin my car? i have fitted vauxhall 15 inch wheels with an et 49 code on them, any help would be very greatful, thanks

maybe try 185 tyres first? if not then yes you can just bend the lip round, thats what i done. doesnt look great but isnt too noticable

all done ended up using the old fashioned way with a power saw and one side went ok as original arch,(drivers side) passenger side needs abit of filler but no too noticeable,

tried this website www.howmanyleft.co.uk (http://www.howmanyleft.co.uk) and found out only afew nova antibes on an e reg left, wish i saw this before and left standard,
my mate has 1 of the 2 1973 vauxhall firenza's 1300 sl's left, his is the sawn one so his well happy
