Vectra Supertouring 2.6V6 MSD Engine, I'm not 100% on the history of the car, came into work through the owners brother who needs it sold, it's had a frontender and been repaired, but obviously needs a replacement steering wheel and possibly airbag ECU resetting? Currently a non runner due to oil cooler issues, iirc is some sort of air/water/oil unit, which is mixing oil and water at the moment. Starts and drives but obviously would need trailering, besides this the engine runs spot on apart from a massive flat spot after which it hits 200bhp ATF, we suspect it's been modified as it's not a genuine ST200, or has an ST200 engine possibly although the standard 2.6 units can hit 200 fairly easily. Flat spot is quite possibly due to messy loom issues from frontender repairs, or vac lines which run the secondary intake system these cars run. It's not in the best condition but far from worth scrapping, and definitely at least worth buying to break, would make a good project though.

Picture link doesnt work, and OT but a bit of advert related info, if its a 2.6 then its an engine swap as the 2.6 only came in facelift/post 1999/2000 cars iirc, and a 'supertourer' and an 'st200' are two completely different cars and if its an 'MSD' then that just means its the engine from a GSi as theyre all 'MSD' (just means its got different cams to the SRi version of the same engine) the oil cooler is mounted in the cooling system in between the two heads, the vaux specific coolant has a non corrosive protectant to stop the coolant rotting the oil cooler and letting it pass oil into the cooling system, for it to leak then its been run on non-gen coolant and the cooler has rotted!

So is a supertourer or not?

It's definitely a genuine supertourer, checked the reg with my local motorfactors. It does indeed come up as 2.5 on euro car parts though, so may well be an engine swap?

It definitely produces 200 ATF, as this was tested on a dyno (after the aforementioned flat spot) Obviously that's the power of an ST200, and afaik the ST200 also received the MSD engine? So we're not sure if it has an engine out of a genuine ST200, hence the badging, or someone just fancied themselves an ST200 badge. It's not a genuine ST200, that much is clear from reg lookups, lack of AP brakes and LSD etc etc.

Pic link should work now too.
