right so i got my c20seh stripped, there was no alternator pulley fitted to the crank so i tried to fit it while on the engine stand (cheers colin)
the pulley wont fit around the timing pulley, the hole on the single v pulley is too small and wont sit right on the cog and wont locate in the small lug to stop it from spinning
im guessing this is why it wasnt fitted in the first place
could i open up the hole to fit around the timing belt pulley
the hole on the single v pulley is 26mm and the timing belt pulley is 32mm
what is this pulley from?
