wanted; 5 stud conversion

need everything to convert to 5 stud. can't remember exactly what i'm needing, even if someone would like to enlighten me on that, that would be great.

Got 5 stud front hub flanges that need machined to fit Nova Bearings (garvock engineering will do this) and full rear hubs here if your interested. If so PM me chief!
