Normally you use the brackets but there NLS at Vauxhall now so making your own would be the way, a small peice of 1/2mm metal with two holes drilled in will be fine, one hole lined up with the hole on the spoiler the other would screw into the carrier bar on the bumper, very easy to do tbh

Oh right because when I come to sell it which will be ages , I will take the snowplough of but I don't want grill holes on the bumper so can you just use brackets to hold it on

There wouldn't be any holes visible if you took the snowplough off

Because I am not sure where it would go because every nova with a snowplough has a different grill to me ?

A snowplough will fit any mk1 bumper apart from SR/GTE's
