Best exhaust using standard parts?

Ive got full a full 1.4 (carb model) exhaust on my track nova & the standard 1.2 on my 1.2. Completely different thing, but my dad managed to make a pretty mad exhaust system for his landrover using standard bits from different models/years. after looking on here and other sites for a bit im half sure you can do the same for a nova? i want to use standard parts as i dont want some mega loud thing that will get me pulled every 5 mins. Looking at it i think the 1.4 manifold & the twin down pipe seems the best bet, but im not too sure what to use after that? any help appreciated :)

The standard SR manifolds and systems are actually pretty good so probably perfect for your needs

As said standard manifold and downpipe are fine

Maybe look at a Magnex system, there a slightly larger bore, stainless and not that loud
