Fuel filler neck

As title need one as the lug at the top where the breather goes to has broken off its a mk1 saloon if that makes any difference cheers .

is it a part thats fixed to the neck ? or is it a separate part,

When you take the cap off theres 3 screws, take them out and then undo it off the jubilee clip to the tank itself, im in need of the full neck :)
