hey all, have been fitting my wings to the nova tonight, the one which has never been fitted to the car before lines up quite nice and the gap between the door/wing is a nice tight following line down from the 'a' pillars.

the drivers side, which is the original wing, doesnt have the nice line between door/wing. ive tried numerous ways to get it nice but it wont go. the best i can get it is if the wing sits up the 'a'pillar too much. looks wrong so it cant be done. the only way it fits correct is like it is in the pic. its not perfect. the very bottom of the wing can be pulled to be in line with the rest so im not worried about that.

any help how to get it right?

that doesn't look much worse than some of the factory fits! I reckon you wouldn't notice

i think the pic does it justice.lol.

i should have taken a pic of the other side to show the difference

Yeah doesnt look too bad in the pic, about the same as the door-to-pillar gap? It might pull it closer a bit when you do the bolts up from inside?

You might have to live with that gap. If you pull the wing to close the gap to the door, the wing will foul the bottom of the A piller.
