Right were to start, my name is Chrissy, im 19 and from Newcastle. I've been sat in the background on here looking for to long and today i got my first Nova. I got it off a mate, it currently has no engine or intiriour but it gooing to be a long term project anyways.
The car is a k reg 1.2 3door in flame red and is in quite good condition. The car has been fully strenthend and is fully LET ready but to be honest i have no intrest in doing that.
Plans are to:
1.2 5 speed back in
Gsi bumpers and skirts
Rear window surrounds
Full black interiour (unsure what?)
Astra teardrops??
60mm drop
And just a general tidy up. any rust sorted, fully stone chipped and painted underneath.
anyways heres some pics of how i got it.

Those bumper straps looks like something that should be on a 1920's race car, and the twin exhausts pointing out at angles look a bit wierd. Looks a really nice clean shell though so thats always great :)

right havn't updated this in a whilebut here goes.
started off by stripping the engine bay down and cutting the remaining slam panel off.
i then started stripping the sealer off the inmer arches as i would rather find the rust now then later, only got as far as front driver side done and red oxided. also droped the exaust which is now for sale in the parts for sale thread.
