sorry if this is the wrong section

rite cut a long story short, i already had 3 points for a TS30 failure to comply with a no entry sign from a good few month ago (all paid/declared) and just the other week i got pulled over for overtaking a sunday driver on double white lines. the abusive officer on duty said im getting another 3 points with a £60 fine along with a lot of swearing... fair enough i should of been more patient, yes, i agree.
heres the problem though, paid my fine all is well and sent off my licence....
it only came back without the points on it :wtf:
first 3 are on my counterpart licence but these 3 aren't

spoke to a family members mate who used to be head of road traffic police until he retired and even he said "if they haven't put them on then dont complain and dont bother telling your insurance, someone's f**ked up somewhere"

what would you do/ have done in this situation
cheers :thumb:

yeah mate, no official proof, but the first ones are there in black and white, says the offence code, points, fine etc...
its not like i even have an offence code to tell my insurance if you get what im saying
dunno what to do

do nothing, if it's not on your license, then theres nothing to tell them.

Dodgy really, as insurance companies usually ask if you've been convicted of a motoring offence - which, technically, you have. However, your license hasn't been endorsed with any points, so you should be declaring it as a TS20 with £xyz fine but 0 points (for the record, it should be fixed 3 points)

Just leave it as it is and IF anybody finds out just play dumb and show them your license to prove why you didnt know or remember of it.
