c20xe gear linkage

hey i have my c20 xe in my 1.2 nova and where the selector joins the linkage the we white cap is to big could some one help me it is an f16 box cheers

Do you mean the White plastic bit you turn around? Dint you just knock the pin out and turn it round then knock it back in?

Flip the White bit 180 degrees.
