derv rev counter only to 6k rpm?

Hi all, i have some clocks in my shed, but not sure what they're out of, so i'm guessing the difference between derv and petrol is the amount of revs? Am i right in saying the derv revs to 6k rpm and the petrol 7k rpm? ta.:)

Also only 2 out of the 4 smaller dials will be a gauge on the DERV clocks...the other two will be just warning lights IIRC
