looks like good stuff especially the gel, but tbh if the rust was that bad you would have to cut it out anyway

I've tried Kurust before, and leaving smaller parts in a bath of vinegar. But I put more faith in my trusty angle grinder or hand drill with wire wheel attachments, and stop when I only see shiney metal.

have to say loctite rust remedy is prity good stuff for killin rust ive used it a few times and the bubbles never came back

Is good for your iron gates or hand rails etc,but car panels are too thin to treat.Grind away and your left with foil.
