Yep just cut the rot out and make your own up ryan.

yep like they say, cut the rot out get your cereal box cut up for a template and weld in the new bit

there is one problem thare though mine does not have the splash gard on it someone has cut it off thats why i wanted to buy some repair pannels lol

Easiest way to sort that then is either use corsa plastic inner wing guards or take the wings off weld new metal in and shave it till the wing fits good.

Will Corsa wing guards fit (with modification) with a splash guard in place? would prefer to have plastic arch guards, will save me coating mine in Hammerite every other month to keep them looking clean.

Corsa shÃ*t gaurds are only plastic so dead easy to work with, just chop them about to fit. Bit of a pain to remove from a Corsa mind, but other then that dead simple task with minimal tools.

Never seen a repair panel for this, you must have access to someones Nova to get some templates though.

do you still have the template mate? plus it looks alot easyer than i thought it would be lol

plus a mate of my dads has one of thay things to press some lines in to it like thay shuld have :)
