Hey guys, I want your advice on how to widen the front wings of my nova. I just put new tires 195/50 R15 Toyo R888 and I have trouble in the corners, and I climbed up, regulated hardness and is still rubs against the body.

Had the same problem on a rally car I look after, we altered the line of the wheel arches, made them more circular.

I can take a picture if you want to see how it looks?

your other option is to use saloon front wings, because they are round, so better clearance :thumb:

Or 5 Door ones, this is the best for "track/rally" if you ask me (one of the Rally guys on here runs them on his actually). They give ALOT more clearance than standard box arches.

Once you've cut/roll the lip you could always pull them out slightly (by hand, roller or whatever)

Maybe flare the arches using the bottlejack method to gain the clearance?

This is the problem in question. I think it will be easier to extend the width of the arches. Right?lol

For the same height the 195/50 R15 Michelin Pilot never give any problem:confused: After these tyres I put the 195/45 R15, the distance between the tyre and the wheels arch its perfect.

What offset are those wheels? They look like they stick out further than I'd expect
