Deposited the weeks takings yesterday,then went to diesel up today and card got declined,had a look at the cash machine and it said £10 overdrawn,checked online and wages are going out taking me £10 overdrawn but with no record of the deposit (cash over the counter btw) taking place.
So hundreds of pounds have disappeared in a fukkin bank.
Rang the head office and they didnt really care,but to go in on monday to sort it out.Which is a massive cunting inconvenience to say the very least.

In which case a phone call to your insurers on monday morning first to pre-warn them of this, they wont cancel straight away as they will try to take it on another date, so the bank also want to be forgetting about even thinking of charging you for the failed direct debit as its their fault, its going to be some messing about but you will be able to sort it, and they want to be thinking about some form of compensation to you or you want to be threatining them with taking your custom somewhere that could actually organise a piss-up in a brewery!
The insurance normally goes out on the 9th but with it being saturday it will rollover to the monday,couldnt even ring the insurers today as it shut at 12.
Normally theyre fine,every week i go in at the same time to bank the weeks takings and it hits the account instantly,obv the cheques dont.
I mean they must have cashed up last night and thought,"oh we're several hundred pounds up here,never mind"
I was that bored I ended up doing some work on Got Bored :S
I bet theyve typed the numbers in wrong and bunged someone else your takings into some other plums account so probably not even noticed!
My mums just pointed out that they have to pay you back any fee's or charges incurred by their mistake, they might not want to pay for loss of a mornings wage and or fuel/parking charges but definately go for them for that, buch of doyles!
Its "gone in" my account as to pay in i have to place my card in the machine and enter me pin,also the acc number on the deposit receipt is mine also.
I'll get what i can,i'll ask for it all,all they can do is say no then i'll withdraw every penny and close the account i think.
My dads just pointed out that if they refuse then you want to tell them youre taking this further, and that youre going to contact the banking ombudsman about this and tell them youre not going to let it lie!

Cheeky git, its all fixeded now, spent a few quid in Ellerkers and my rear wheel is trued and they bled up both brakes and replaced my rear pads:d

Surely that will stop you bring bored for a while ?its a long term problem, i have got epilepsy quite bad this year, was a u.p.s driver, but got ill in may this year, handed my licence in to the d.v.l.a for safety reasons, and the reason i brought the new nova was to look at in the garage, untill maybe next summer if i get my licence back, bit boring really, cant work or drive for the first time in 10 years. roll on wednesday, pauls taking me up to the land of chips and gravey to get the new rot box, passes a bit of time !!
My lady has epilepsy so I know how hard that is to deal with, no one wants to give you a job, can't drive, get bored etc :(

very true, im going to sit in it all the way back smoking, and drinking red bull and burger king, should pass a few hourslol, then back to being bored, as for the epilepsy, i like to try and think of it as im a bit `special` ,and my mates reckon im good at break dancing, surpose all i can do is laugh really, or could get proper down in the dumps about it:(

My sister had it bad at 15-18,had regular fits,she took meds to stop her having them.Afaik she hasnt had one for 3 years now so it can calm down/go away.She doesnt take the meds anymore either.I know the dvla say that you arent allowed to hdrive until you havent fitted for 2 years is it?

they said i can re apply if im fit free in march next year as it can take up to 2 months to process, and i have to be fit free for one year, i totally agree with not driving, and have no problem with the ban as i wouldnt want to hurt nobody, scary **** it is, cant be left on my own atm, or be left with my baby alone, going to be a long winter, also had to give up drinking to go on top of no driving or working! had all the brain scans, lumber punch (**** me that hurts) ct scan, mri, and a tilt test, but have all proved negative, very strange, the hospital neroligist said that one in seven people have got it, or will have at some point in there life:eek:

i was on holaday with my mum and dad and my mums mates family to turky 2 years ago and my mums freind has epilepsy. she took a fit in turky and its a scairy thing to see because you dont know wat to do really...
You learn how to deal with it tbh, just make sure they don't bang there head is the main thing, pillow and put them on there side
My mrs normally will know when it's about to happen so I'm prepared, it's not nice to see especially if you love someone

in my family, we have plenty of medical problems, i have a cousin who has it & one of my oldest school friends has it too.. we find humour helps.. my uncle recently got parkinsons, and my brother got him a cocktail making set.. sorry if i offended you, but it is our way of dealing with things

i could probably earn what i earn now in an electricians job since ive just had my level 2 certs but once travel, time off etc is factored in then its not really beneficial - im hoping to stick it out another year then leave once fully qualified

Bump for this thread, i are bored, just come back from being checked out at a&e due to having serious pain in my lower left leg for over a week now, got to the point where driving is painful, walking is agony and it feels like ive been stabbed in the shin:cry:
It seems i possibly have 'shin splints' which ive never heard of before but its where your tendons/ligaments chafe on your shin bones and become inflamed and cause pain upon movement, so ive been given dispersible co-codamol tablets the size of a 50p and told to stay off work/off my feet for upto a week, im bored already lol

Cant work due to bad back, been told by physio i cant do anything for 6-8 weeks, cant claim shiz till my doctor can see me again(tomorrow) and he has to agree to sign me off, then i get sick pay till I'm fit to work again, then I'll be looking to start work, or on the JSA..
All i want is to just get on with things, and get some sodding dosh, hate this situation, really pissed off with it all...
