i know stupid question.....do the twin 40s have a return to the tank?

40s have not arrived and the shell is painted and wont to get the fuel lines done.

if no do you just block off the return on the tank.

What way round do the pipes go into the hyd handbrake? im sure the there wrong on mine cause the rear brakes are locking and the front brakes do nothing, pedal is also at floor ( have a bias pedal box).

Thanks

Nope no return pipe. What engine? are you running an electric pump and adjustable reg?

Mine has a return.

Its the pipe that T's off downwards and runs back along next to the rocker cover and through the metal clip....

Put a restrictor in it though to stop the pump just pushing all the fuel back into the tank.

for the handbrake the feed from the master cylinder goes to what you would think is the rear of the h/b cylinder and the top goes to the rear brakes. if you dont understand, i will take a pic tomorrow

As mentioned above, a return is not necessary. I never ran one in all the years i ran 40's on the road/track.

here's a pic of my old engine setup.......

Sports had a restricted t-piece for the return.
I never had a return on my 1400 though.
