Just changed the standard clocks in my 1.2merit (89) for a set of 6 dial clocks from a 89 sr, when i turn the ignition on the temp gauge moves about 1/4 way round even with the engine cold. when the engine warms up the gauge reading is the same. is this a fault with the gauge or how it is wired up.
