air box

someone said to me that he drilled holes into his airbox and now his mota (escort) sounds like the mutts nuts. does anyone know if you can do this to the nova and if so how?

yea it sounds good but u dont actually get any more power from it. Why dont buy a decent air filter like a KN or something like that?
What nova do u drive?

REVS done a test on this using a GTE nova and a rolling road, they drilled a few 1 inch holes in the air box and put a pipercross filter in and they got an extra 9.5bhp!!.sounds a lot dunnit. if u dont beleive me check out REVS about 5/6 months back
