Well the time as come to start thinking engines again.
Ive now sourced another bottom end' This signals the start of yet another rebuild. It will be minus the carbs this time but with the added extra of throttle boddies.
So this means. Maybe after billing. Thre may be a bit of a clear out.
Twin webbers 45s complete with DTA ignition + inlet manifold
Fuel pump+regulator+ Loom can be provided for dta for extra cost!
Webbers i bought brand new around 2 years back . total cost was stupidly high of course from webcon - around ?700 odd quid for em if not more with bits.Dta i think is around ?450 if not more with loom ect ect
Complete bottom end with accralite pistons/deseamed conrods/block/re ground crank/apr rod bolts/ ect. this does smoke at high revs. But another donor block is as cheap as anythin these days. pistons and bottom end are mint other wise.pistons were around ?440 new
Oviously they wont be sold dirt cheap. so please dont any dreamers or pretenders mail me about these bits. All i need to do now is convince myself self that i want to do this!! lol
Anyhow anyone wanting to chat about any parts that may be up for sale are quite happy to quizz me about em at billing.!
