Or a tidy E46 328, a whole different class of car.

I have too agree with you there. I bought a Nova described 'as new' and 'cleaner than a 12 month old car' etc etc etc. The car was far from what the seller made out to be, needed lots of little things inside including a new rear bench and the car didn't even have a horn. :tard:
Didn't recall new cars like so. lol

Short to midterm investment for the current seller, who probably bought it for 25% of the selling price.

doesnt the s14 bottom end have a habit of...imploding?

must be the cleanest example in the country? well correct me if im wrong, but has that not had a passenger side sill? and is that rust on the rear o/s arch? slight rust in the boot? my saloon is cleaner than that... so going by that - i have the cleanest nova in the country?! lol

No idea, it was just an example of what you could get for the same sort of money. Mind you, even if the engine does have a habit of eating itself, I'd rather have that, RWD fun, leather interior, comfort, more power, better looks, and £150 in my pocket than the Nova lol
There's also a £1500 burgundy 5dr on there at the mo too :tard:

My friend who's into his "DrIFTING yO!" has had two of them and the bottom end has went on both...

Err, why not use a mint shell for an xe base, youd rather stick one in a rotten mk2 or something?

Some of the people nowadays that are paying top money for Novas are the people who had them as teenagers 20 years ago, now have a good income and want one again.
A S14 wouldn't have the same appeal to them because they never existed back then.
Or the nowdays teenagers that have rich daddy's lol and want something 'retro'
what did a nova of that spec go for when it was brand new?
