how do these effect cars. do they benerfit the cars or not.

They do in the fact you have less movement of the engine and helps transmit power straight to the wheels you'll have a lot more vibration but in a nova you prob won't notice much difference lol but depending on what engine ya have they do work and do help

i will be using them on a 1300 with twin 40s. just got to buy some twin 40s lol.

to be honest with a 1300 you prob wouldnt need them its a light little engine and wont have mad power either but with the likes of a xe or let they would make a big difference
