help no radio and no cigarette lighter

I was connecting the cigarette lighter up the and one of the wires arced out on the metal under the dash and now i cant get that to work or the radio and its not a fuse as have checked them,

i have no idea about electrics so any help will be great:thumb:

it is a fuse. but its probably some shonky in line thing behind the stereo.

Are you sure you've checked the right fuses???? Check them all to be sure.

You may be looking, but do you see?
