Ok decided its time to let it go. I have saved it from beeing destroyed and gave it a new lease of life but i feel its time i moved it on

brief spec

steel rods
arp big ends
acl mains and big end shells
saab reds
adjustable fpr
ported head
oversized valves
steel multi layer head gasket
irmisher top hat
bailey dumpvalve
big inter cooler
To4e turbo
tubular manifold
external waste gate (plumbed back in the exhaust)
custom oil feeds
mocal oil cooler
AP clutch
silicone hoses
modified rotor arm
custom emulated software with no boost limits and closed loop self learning
modified viscous
full working 4x4 as vauxhall intended
oil volt boost and afr gauges
no rips in the standard leather
fully polly bushed
koni adjustable fronts
bilystien rears

thats a brief spec car was taken of the road and rebuilt from top to bottom over winter all gaskets seals belts ect were done while the engine was beeing built the shell is very tidy realy for a cav turbo but the paint isnt perfect. It does have stone chips and the od blister in a few places but generaly not bad at all
Shell is solid and has no rot.
it made 269.9bhp on the rollers at pvs with a worn standard turbo that would not hold boost this has sinse been replaced with the to4e and tubular manifold and holds boost perfectly now all the way to 8k. Theoreticly its now well over the 300bhp mark but hasnt been back on the rollers sinse but the power increase sinse the turbo has been changed is massive and is still at low boost(16psi) it is set up to hold 22psi so should see well over 340bhp.

has also just had the 3 way water hose on the back of the block changed as this was leaking and just had a full service before pvs plugs oil filters ect

i could go on forever about the car but if you are seriously interested i would rather you rang me for full details and spec as there realy is so much to the car

call me on 07812659465 ask for steve

The turbo manifold waste gate ect and fitting has just cost nearly a grand on its own to do and has only covered 200 miles sinse fitting (hence i havent turned the boost back up yet)

im looking in the region of £3450 but open to offers and would listen to px deals aswell
It realy is one of the better ones thats left that is for sure and in my opinion you will not be dissapointed.

As Southie posted, the 4x4 is working but by removing the fuse for the 4x4 ecu you 'switch off' the 4x4 as was done to get it onto the rollers as shown in that pic!

yes the 4x4 is fully working and cost a fortune to get working and right including a fully refurbed transfer box and modified viscous

the fuse was pulled for the roller to switch it to 2wd as stated

its tested untill september 2011 and was taxed for 6 months at the start of june
