Ok so i ordered a parcel shelf of ebay that i received today the description read's:

''In used but usuable condition. A bit grubby but no cracks or speaker holes.

Part number: N/A. Will fit several models (please use the part number to confirm compatibility before purchase).

This part will be sent using the Royal Mail First Class service and should arrive the first working after posting.''

Went it arrived went to put it in but when i did it was clear it was for a 5 door yet in the description it stated ''Will fit several models'' I was unaware that there were several models of the 5 door nova :confused: ... so i messaged the seller saying that the description comes across as it will fit a 3 door ... all i got in reply was that it was my fault??? wtf ... what do you guys think who was in the wrong me or him?

Ohh well this one is far to small and the lungs are at one end closest to the seats and half way up, yet the parcel shelf i need have lungs on both ends???

iv already opened a case on ebay but that was before i knew it wasn't a nova one. As soon as i did he offered me a refund so long as it didn't arrive back damaged so now am thinking hes just gonna say it's damaged when he receives it

lol i had some problems with postage as it was going to Ireland and the courier wanted to charge £63.00 so it was a few days before i got it posted, i thought it was somebody ranting that it hadn't got there yet lol

That shelf may very well have been in the back of that car, it certainly wouldve fitted without a problem, seeing how there isnt any interior whatsoever!


Claim your monies back as that IS NOT a nova shelf and never has been, either it was laying about in that car and the seller assumed it was from a nova, or he knew it wasnt and hoped some plum who didnt know better would buy it, and he would fab them off after the sale had gone through!
