I have one in windows, you divide by 0.97 and add 0.2.

That paypal fee is out of date too, unless they've changed it recent from 0.3 to 0.34.

Standard rate has been 3.4% for a long time now, the only difference is if you have merchant status (which have a range of fees depending on how much you receive each month) - but you'd know if you'd been given that.
