they are either a form of cereal that squirrels like, or sets of gears...

I've worked in the parts trade for nearly 5 years to the day and NEVER ever heard them called that...I may have what you need, just trying to clarify exactly what you need?

they are a selections of different ratios for the gear box that bolt into the side offf the gear box

trying to be relevant with the thread, but most garages simply stuff a recon box in & very rarely actually strip & repair one, so you'll probably never encounter one..
