Engine:
B204 Saab engine - removed from a p plate 900 turbo
Whilst completing the conversion it was noticed that the manifold had a coupl studs snapped off so the head came off to have the snapped off studs spark eroded, at the same time this was done the head was lightly faced, valves relapped, new valve stem seals fitted, along with a payen head gasket a new set of timing chain tensioners were also fitted
The car runs standard saab management and the ecu has already been modified to remove the standard security and the map is rewriteable
It has a large front mount intercooler which is as discreetly as possible hidden behind the front bumper
exhaust system is home made with a micron motorcycle back box but is under 100db @4500rpm

The car runs the standard saab manual box and has used the saab gear shifter so the gear knob is correct and you can lock it in reverse for added security
The saab alloy bottom arms are used for less unsprung weight and a bit of extra track
It has new bilstein shocks all round with new weitec (-45f/-25r) springs
Eccentric top mounts, cav v6 front and rear antiroll bars

Brakes:
Abs has been removed and the car runs a 5 stud setup with 308mm discs on the front with recently rebuilt 256mm calipers spaced out to fit the 308 discs so you get great stopping whilst limiting pedal travel and maintaining feel
ebc green stuff pads
The back has teh saab stub axles on the cav v6 beam
goodridge braided hoses all round

Wheels + Tyres
Newly shotblasted and powdercoated vectra gsi phase 1 alloys with new Yokohama parada 205/40/17

Interior
Standard except for added boost gauge, a mk2 gte digidash, and an aftermarket steering wheel

Bodywork
The bodywork is good with slight bubbling on rear arch - but no perforation

The car has been off the road since the engine conversion so it will need to be registered with the dvla before road use

I built it for a friend of mine but since building it his circumstances have changed and now he runs his own business he cant afford to insure this as well as his works vehicle

Since being finished the car has only done about 15miles (not on public highway)
so the tyres/brakes/shocks/springs etc are all like new

There are a couple of things that could do with some minor attention like the grill is held on with cable ties where a bracket would be better

the centre console where the saab part meets vauxhall could be better

The lacquer is starting to show some dullness

Other than that its a very complete car and a good all round package

There is a T3 manifold available at extra cost if required

Car is located in Somerset

Any questions just ask
