Erm rear lights which i feel i can do as i done them before but took me ages, errrrrrm rear bumper with number plate light on, never done that befroe as the screws are hard to find and the stuff. O ther bits arnt important the rest is all just door seals. Im worried about the bumper mostly.

Goodluck!.

Mines due the end of next month, hoping to have new brakelines, brakes, fuel lines and Engine in before it :\

Rear lights pop in and secure on the plates with screws in as you probably know.

Rear bumper is 2 nuts inside the boot (bolts on the bumper push through, lean against it and spin the nuts on before you tighten them properly, and self tappers through the back of the arches into the little fixing blocks, number plate light just clips onto the spade terminals and pushes in, doesn't matter which way round.

Door seals are a 10 minute job too, hold them up and look at the natural bend in them, figure out which side/way round they go, start in a corner and just punch them into place basically lol Rubber mallet may be a suitable replacement for man hands :d

Thanks Ben.

Also need to put the Wheel on which will be a doddle so long as sam has left me the tools and such. hopefully he will be home in time ..... hopefully!

just flutter your eyelashes at the mot tester and you will get thru, failing that plead insanity and you need the car tonight to collect your gran from spain.... or some other equally far fetched scenario, either way good luck!

Right, bumper is bolted on just got sides behind the wheel but it seems pretty secure so may leave it :S getting there with the light, but a bulb has gone but will get one from halfords asap once its done as i have just found the screws, next prblem i have noticed is the fuel pipe is not attatched :( looks simple but i still feel like crying 1 hour and 15 mins to go :S

MK999

I would put at least one screw per side in the bumper just in case the tester fancies grabbing it. Which fuel pipe is unattached?

Edit: You mean the filler neck from doing the arch?

at least it's an easy fix, should check tyres before MOT really but I think we've all done it before... I've had to have the spare put on mine at the MOT place before now lol
