Hi guys, just wondered if anyone of you have had any experiences with these? Im going to be fitting a clutch in my GSi fairly soon and had thought about fitting one of these while the box is out.

Any good/bad feedback?
Worth fitting it?
Does it make much difference?
Shall I buy/is there bushes available that i can renew aswell?
Easy to change?

One like this

not sure pal but these linkages seem good and cheap enough

That one just appears to be a way to get over the sh!te corsa c linkages that always fall apart lol

Don't bother.

I had one on my 12v (Until it was nicked!), Just fitting new nylon centre bush (LMF, PNG get discount) and end cup bushes (from vauxhall) has it improved it tenfold on my sport, You can't tell the difference between the two so IMO its a waste of £50 or whatever it was.

Yeah I did think about just renewing the bushes, does the quickshift linkage not make for example 1st to 2nd a shorter throw? Or is it not noticeable?

I would like the gears as tight as possible, but without rosejoints

Not enough to notice, If you compare it to a standard one there isn't much difference, To make it noticeably shorter you need to change the design of the linkage.

My sport one is really tight, new nylon centre bushes, new cup bushes and the rubber ring around the gearstick (Also from vauxhall, Uber cheapz).
