false floors

hey could anybody give me some tips on making false floors as I am a complete novice on this part of ICE :oops:

is it a false floor to sit over ur spare wheel well?

i wanna keep it very simple as ill have a 12" sub box and 2 amps for the boot build

all that i done was take out the carpet u have it the boot and copy it onto thick mdf or something. i also used a couple for small battons to stop it bending into the wheel well. there is a thing showing u how to do it in the modifications part. hope its some use

dunt use chipboard.. i did .. had a leak and was a rite mess..soaked all the water up

yeah got rid of it, got a tin of that tyre weld stuff instead

thats wot stuff i got when i did my false floor but i made mine out of well thick chequer plate covered me boot in it so no spare wheel
on me mot certificate it says "unable to inspect boot due 2 a large amount of chequer plate coverin it" thought he might fail me but he was sound!

I have put in a false floor and raised it up using some battons (also strenghens the floor) and I have still got the spare wheel there.
