100-130 psi would be good. with not much more than 20psi between highest and lowest

befor 1993 distributor model is 145 psi 10.0;1 bar
1993 on woods coil pack 142 psi 9.8.1 bar

same with the e16se and the c16se the e16 has the same as the c14 before 1993 and the c16 is the same as the late c14 after 1993 they must be the same block head just bored out more for the 1600
