low performance

hi all iv got yet another problem, i had the ignition timing done on my e16se and the engine then ran alot better than it used to i.e alot quieter and smoother but it had lost alot of its power, could it be something else which is stopping the power coming through or should the ignition timing be where it was before more advanced although at this point it was running very rich, any ideas would be much appriciated

Might have been to far advanced would make it go faster but melt your spark plugs in the end like did in my old sr lol so setting which could of retarded it would make it slower.

Check your engine timing as mine was a tooth retarded. Ran fine but just no power till I reset it again

when the guy did ignition timing he said that my engine timing was fine as he checked it at the same time, shall i just check it over again using the timing notches?
