Hi all the choke valve on my 1.4 is always open even when the car is cold. Its on a auto choke with the pierburg 2e3 carb I read somewhere that you can remove the side of the auto choke and shut the valve then re attatch the spring but even doing this it will not close it springs back open am I doing something wrong ?
