i spent all summer on a building site so i could get me a sweet shaggin wagon but i started of with a 1.3 but do you think its wrth buying a GTE even tho im only 17. if i do does anyone recommend a good cheap insurance company TPFT wanted

It doesnt matter if ya 17 or 19, the insurance groups go from 17 - 21, 21 - 24, 24 - 35 and 35 +

I know someone with a H plate GSI who just passed his test hes 17 and his insurance is very close to ?1000 TPFT.
