right to cut a long story short,

iv had back pain since i was about 10 years old (fat ****er)
but ever since i had that crash in the desastra, my back pain has gotten worse,

its been nearly a year now, iv had to have several days off work, at a loss the me, + private medical help (could not wait the 3 months waiting list)

all this has cost + £1400,

being nearly a year ago, iv lost all the paperwork,

can i still claim for loss of earnings/medical bills, or am i pissing in the wind ?
