If you go the snap off route you get short hub, the snap off adapter for the hub and the wheel.

Provided you choose a wheel with the same bolt pattern that's all you need. If not then you need an adapter. The wheel I have (nardi gara sport) has the correct pattern but needs a spacer due to the deep horn push it has. Brings the wheel closer which personally I like.

Or if you're not afraid to weld the steering column, you can use a race car quick release kit, as sold by 'Rally Design', 'Demon Tweeks' etc.

i have on from a stock car that has 3 bolts that go onto your wheel but you would need to make an adapter from the wheel to fit onto the boss and the bit that you weld to the steering colm is thare too ?:)

if you cover the postage its yours because its a but skabby lol

I prefer the look of the 'proper' weld on jobbies. Mountney do an adapter that sits between the boss and the wheel. They only remove with a key as well which is handy to stop someone running off with it.

i like this (http://www.demon-tweeks.co.uk/Motorsport/Steering_Wheels_Accessories/Steering_Wheels/OMP_WRC_Steering_Wheel/1765/1078) one, what else would i need? do you have to get a nova specific one?

I have the mountney kit on mine.

I used a mountney boss, mountney snap off and mountney wheel.

Cost circa £300! lol lol lol

I'm using an OMP (300mm, Trecento I think) wheel with my snapoff so should be OK. Used an OMP Nova boss (the bit that sits over the splines on the column) and get a Mountney adapter that sits between the boss and the wheel (wheel would usually bolt straight to the boss)
