how to remove front bumper bars

as above how do you remove the bumper bars on a mk 2 bumper ?

2x 10mm head bolts on the wings, 2x13mm bolts on the inner wings where the bumper sits. (grille has to be removed first)

sorry i mean the reinforcement bar thats actually in the bumper

to remove it from the bumper, it pulls off, but not easily, little tabs on the plastic bits.

My mk2 bumper had 6 screws holding the metal bar to the bumper :thumb:
