Here is my much loved nova goin up for sale :cry:
she is a 1992 car, 1.2spi luxe+, in overall good condition other than the 19 years of pervious owners neglect she has had! (shown in pictures)
good points :
-Long MOT and tax (march 2012 and december 2011 i believe)
-recent top end engine rebuild (500 miles ago) including port polishing, head skimming, new gaskets all around, piston and valve cleaning, new cambelt aswell as cleaning the mounting faces of the inlet and exhaust manifolds.
-no rust underneith
-battery compartment rot free
-interior in brilliant condition (near mint - missing cap on drivers belt adjuster)
-new exhaust from cat to before back box
-immobiliser card below lights
-JVC headunit (can provide second rear shelf with alpine 6inch 200w speakers for extra)
-much loved and well looked after car
-just clipped 60k miles however in daily use so will slowly increase
bad points:
-been broken into in the past, pictures to show passenger lock damage, so can only unlock from drivers side
-rust on bottom of drivers door been poorly sorted in the past, pictures show paint bubbling
-dent on offside rear door (caused by me, i nearly cried :cry: ) pictures show how small the damage is
-electric window on drivers door tempremental, could be quick fix, havent looked into it
-passenger mirror kicked off day i bought the car, so glued back on and repainted, can only tell close up, unfortunately no pictures of this
Another thing is that i have made my own rear section to the exhaust as the old back box was completly rotten through, this has been done with proper exhaust clamps, and welded up to follow the line of the standard exhaust. been painted black hammerite to protect from future corrosion.
Asking £750 for her, however serious offers are considered :)
