1.9, i bought the car in november ish time to sort out and sell on, had a cracked head, but now its all sorted, small engine but has every optional extra possible! There will be a for sale thread soon.

Practical daily is a mk2 cav saloon :) i want one so much after seeing the camo green one at PVS, ive liked them for ages but one just came up for sale close by, so ive gotta buy it!!

Have you just bought the house? As in, has the offer been accepted recently? If so, I wouldn't worry too much, you got a long wait yet.

no we got the keys 3 week ago and the house now looks like a building site! No walls, no ceiling, bare brick, no kitchen etc! lol

You have no clear profit gains, your proposal is poor and I just don't think it's a good idea, and for that reason, I'm out...

Ours was 12 weeks to completion! And there was no chain! At all!

Yeh, ours will be about 13-14 weeks, we were told 4 as there was absolutely no chain. Ah well

poor phone camera pic, and lots of dust! there was a few more walls, doors and a kitchen there! The chimney breast on the right is coming out this weekend and an RSJ going in to support the floor above.

got the house cheap as it needs work, which i prefer as i can do most of the work, if not all of it, with some help. and you always end up putting your own stamp on your house anyway so why not buy a house thats fooked and do it right, yeah it takes blood sweat and tears but its then yours allover, just like modifying cars really lol
