VIN Plates - renewal??

well mine are looking very very tatty so debating to drill the rivets and try to find some new ones, does anyone know if Vauxhall will remake them, for example, i was to give them the originals or is anything VIN related a no no, also what is the other plate alongside the VIN plate with part of my VIN number on and below that a load of random letters and numbers?

The plate next to it is all of the option codes from when your nova left the factory. It is all explained here:

Tag plates in Nottingham will replicate them, I had a POC code plate made as the original was corroded

The VIN plate is original, only the painted POC code plate was remade and was identical to the original. I had the original plate, did I not give it to you? If not it will be in my drawer somewhere
