z20leh pistons

hi all could anyone tell me if the pistons out of a z20leh would fit in a c20let as iv bought a set of forged cosworth pistons and rods off a mate. i belive the pistons fit but the rods dont would this be correct?

Rods are interchangeable.

The pistons have a different bowl and valve cut outs are different, does something to CR ratio, cant remember if it makes it higher/lower.

Z20LEH pistons are best Z pistons as theyre sort of forged.
