Following the 1300 engine failure , I installed an x14xe on the rally car of my children NOVA 1.3 sr . I've fixed a Plenum Mantzel, there are no power steering no brakes assistance(pedal box) and no VSS.
The probe AGR is connected but blanked.
I have the ECU and the transponder chip key correspondents and all the motor wiring.
I did not receive the connector of the transponder.
On the connector of the transponder that I found the color code does not match:
1 brown/purple
2 red/blue
3 -----
4 brown
5 black
6 brown white
7 brown purple
8 -----
9 red

I've connected
2 and 7 together to ECU red and blue
9 to ECU red +12v after my circuit breaker
4 ground
5 +12v after my ignition switch
The fuel pump is not running and I have no ignition.

I have a switch for the ignition coil +12 v after the circuit breaker.
I have a switch for the fuel pump +12 v after the circuit breaker if i can run the pump directly by this switch (not from the relay of the ecu)

What should we do with "ignition live " and "ECU light"?
On the motor wiring after agr connector, there is a case with a large red wire and a big black marker 70 what is it??
Need for help next rally last week
Thanks

I've connected
1
2 (ecu light)
3 --
4 Ground BROWN
5 +12V ignition BLACK
6 (vss)
7 CDI small Red/Blue
8 --
9 +12v permanent RED

It's also necessary to put the +12v ignition BLACK to the engine wiring Black.
Connected to the black wire on the socket of the fuel pump relay.
Used a GM relay because it's different than other manufacturer model.
Sorry for my english i'm from Belgium.
Many thanks to Adam for his help

The ign live 12v for both the transponder and ecu need connecting to an ignition live yeah, or have you already done that?

All right Adam
you must put the +12v ignition to the engine loom.
Engine starts fire immediatly.
Wrong relay installed corrected with a GM one.
Disconnected the pin 2
Test tomorrow if vss is necessary to put on the gearbox.
Best regards

So its all running then? Cool.

It will run ok without the vss, but it will cut out at times and have a dodgy idle.
The ecu only controls the idle stepper motor when the car isnt moving, hence why it needs a speed sensor signal... :)
