View Full Version : Are nova and corsa b bottom arms the same ?
As title,
Are they the same in length ?
As one of my wheels seem to stick out past the arch more than the other :tard:
Which has made me think I could of been given a corsa one

If you look under the arm if it is a corsa item it should have strengthening plates were as the nova item does not,Hope this helps.
No plates on either
Think I'll have to investigate further

Ha ha its not just me then i think you have hit the button.lol :thumb:
tracking wont affect the center of the wheel though
Iirc i thought Corsa arms are longer, as the track is wider.

THE ARMS ARE LONGER YES ! (caps off)
Yeah they are longer (apparently 10mm longer) so they will give you a crazy amount of camber if fitted! lol
From what I've been told they're the same length, pre97 ones have same balljoint holes as a nova though
And they have strengthening plates on the bottom with holes in as standard
Well they ain't got any plates on them so I guess there correct
When I have shifted all the stuff piled up around the nova I'll measure and see what's up with it
I thought people believed they are the same length now.
Lets clear this up. Corsa B lower arms are the same length as Nova ones. Just post 97 corsa arms have the holes for balljoints further apart to fit the different balljoint. Pre 97 run the same balljoint as novas do.
The main difference is they have a plate welded to the bottom, Other than that, the bush size is slightly different I believe and thats all.
The track difference is in the shell.
