been suffering with nerve trouble for 4 years now since i got bottled while at work and back pain for last 3. complained every month and was put on painkillers to help ease the pain.
so finally they sent me and had an mri scan 6 weeks ago for me back, docs told me today 2 discs on me spine are damaged causing nerve trouble.
got to wait 2 months to see a specialist and looks like an operation that may not even sort the problem:(

any one had any similiar problems ??

Not the same situation as yourself but my partner has scoliosis on her spine, it's in the shape of an S,

She spoke to a speicalist who offered her the op and went into alot of detail about before, during and after the op.
She turned down the op in the end after talking to a few people that had already had it, reason being is that it made no major difference, it has it's plus days etc etc...

Now she's stayed on her painkillers which are strong even in my books, and she's only 5ft bless her.
