Nova 1.4 SR 1990 clutch change

Can you change Nova 1.4 SR 1990 clutch without sep. engine / gearbox ?

- My gearbox end plate doesn't have 36mm entry socket as Haynes describes

Can I simply remove complete gear box end plate and pull shaft as described
and continue as Haynes describes (ie drop clutch out through aperture)

yep think the f10 had the 36mm entry socket. but my sr i had a f13 which i had to take the end plate of,then a circlip, then a torx bolt if i remember correctly
