Bilstein rear shock bushes

Ok folk got a bit of a problem, Basically i cut out the bush of one of my bilstein rear shock to replace it with a poly bush i had, but they are totally different.

The poly ones are kinda like this shape [=] where as the bilstien ones are shaped with a curve in the middle of them

Now i have googled it but no luck at all

Any ideas

HHMS used to stock them, dont know if they still do?
