i received my new licence after passing my bike test this morning, to find i have an sp30 and 4 points dated from 07 lol


Didnt know i had them and now expired if its 3 years?

Also says £120 fine but i paid £205? Never got asked for my licence

Need to be declared on insurance for five years though.

Surprised the insurance companies haven't picked up on it before, I'm sure they can check what points you have

To be fair i think it will only be a matter of time.They would gain millions extra a year by checking them.
I know for a fact they dont though,they only ask to see your licence.
