advertising for a friend, i know very little about this other than it goes like a scalded cat, engine really does pull strong and it's probably the quietest xe i've ever heard - no tapping.

only one pic and if you want to know any more details please ring the owner - his name is paul and his number is: zero seven eight seven five 780161

car is located in sutton-in-ashfield, notts - he has it up for £1750.

Personally I think it's been ruined with the facelift and colour change but each to their own I suppose, no offence intended obviously personal opinion.

I bought it as an XE and was going to LET it and re-fit a GTE interior bur circumstances forced sale unfortunately, was a good shell iirc.

Good luck with the sale, I'd love it back to restore it but haven't got the time/cash.

im not a fan of mk2 conversions either but as you say 'to each their own' the owner is a sound chap and it will have been looked after in the important ways. cheers for posting those pics up!
