Are mk1 and mk2 fuel tanks the same ?

There are a few kinds:

2/3 door carb for 1.2 up

4/5 door carb for 1.2 up

2/3 door injection for 1.2 up

4/5 door injection for 1.2 up

And a different tank for 1.0 which doesn't have a fuel return
